Cancellation

Please follow these steps to cancel your order:

1. Please open the ab.de page, select the relevant order and click on the three little dots. There you will be offered the option „Cancel order“.
   Click on it.
   
   
   
2. Now you have to confirm the cancellation by clicking on „Cancel order“.
   
   
   
   
3. The cancellation has now been made and the status of your order has visibly changed to „Cancelled“. You will also receive a confirmation from us by email.
   
4. Please send us a message to contact@andyshhq.eu and we will refund you the amount as quickly as possible.
   Remember to give us the order number and the customer number.
