Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order value is 40,00 Euros.
What happens if I order deliverable and non-deliverable products together? Do I receive several individual deliveries?
If you order one or more pre-order items together with available products, you will receive one delivery.
The dispatch takes place as soon as all products can be dispatched together.
There are no partial deliveries.
We therefore recommend placing two separate orders if you do not want to wait for some of the products.
I would like to pre-order a product, but the „Add to shopping cart“-button is missing. What can I do?
We only offer a few selected products for pre-order. You can find them in this category:

All other products can only be ordered if we have them available.
You can add the product to your wish list. There you can save the product and put it in your shopping cart as soon as it is available again.
You can add a product to the wish list using the heart symbol. You can find this under the price on the item detail page respectively on the product image if you have opened a category or the search results.
